What I've been making in my studio

The skirt was successfully loaded into the kiln with Bill's help, and will dry there, until I turn on the heat. It's full of holes for plants to grow through.
The persona who will wear the skirt has to dry for a couple weeks before a separate bisque.

patti,

do you think there is anyway i can do something with the dried flowers to keep the color. tomorrow i'll show you how beautiful they look in the procelain. however, they will burn out and all of the color with them. is there any treatment for the dried flowers that you can think of that would leave traces of the blues, pinks and purples???
